Delete your Lantern Patch data

Lantern Patch by Creative Coders sp. z o.o. · Updated 28 October 2026

Delete directly in the app

Open Settings → Delete my data (or Delete account and data), read the confirmation and choose permanent deletion. An internet connection is required. This deletes the anonymous account and cloud game data and removes the save on this device. If deletion fails, the game retains your progress so you can retry.

Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. On iOS, use Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Purchase records needed for fraud prevention or legal obligations are retained without the deleted player association.

1. On your phone

Open Lantern Patch → Settings (gear icon) → Reset progress on this phone and confirm. This erases all game progress stored on the device. Uninstalling the app also removes it.

2. Request deletion through support

Your progress backup, leaderboard entries, invite records and gameplay analytics are linked to an anonymous player on our server. If you cannot use in-app deletion, you can request deletion through support:

  1. In the app, open Me → Invite friends and note your invite code.
  2. Email support@quorumwork.com with the subject “Lantern Patch data deletion” and include the code.
  3. We delete your anonymous player and everything linked to it without undue delay, and within one month at most, and confirm by email.

If you no longer have the app, write to us anyway and describe your device and roughly when you played; we will do our best to find your player.
